Day 51-Monday/Lundi (16/3/09)
Today is my brothers birthday, it was a little weird to think about him having his birthday all alone somewhere in Asia, his first birthday without the family, I guess it just shows how old us kids are getting. I woke up at an OK time but then ran late getting ready and had to quickly grab some bread as I was running out the door to catch the bus, which I got to in good time! At school we had to do our maths exam again because half the class had failed, me not being one of those people!! At lunch we had potatoes, man I love potatoes! In our big break we laid in the sun for an hour, it was so sunny and warm and nice and oh, just so good!!! All day I just wore my cardigan and a top, and obviously pants, but I didn’t need to wear my scarf or coat, it was warm enough not too!! We then went around to one of the girls in my class, Melanie’s house because it was close to school. We went there for a bit, it was pretty funny her and this other girl kept dancing and singing along to this youtube video thing! Melanie and the other girl Laurence are both dark skinned girls, there is a lot of dark skinned people in France, it’s like there’s a lot of Asians in Melbourne I guess.
